            The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the bill:

            (1) on page two, subdivision (1), on line seventeen, after the word “”command” and before the semicolon, by inserting a colon and the words “Provided, That an ordinance may not prohibit a dog from running at large while engaged in an activity that may not be prohibited pursuant to the provisions of section eight, article twenty-a, of chapter nineteen of this code”;

            (2) on page three, subsection (d), on line seventeen, after the word “ordinance,” by striking out the comma and the words “rule or regulation”; and

            (3) on page three, subsection (e), on line nineteen, after the word “by,” by striking out the words “entry of” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “first adopting the text of the ordinance and then entering.”
